Differential diagnosis of acromegaly and pachydermoperiostosis

Acromegaly is a neuroendocrine disease with diverse clinical manifestations that develop over long period. In the process of examining patient, it may be necessary to conduct differential diagnosis acromegaly various syndromes and conditions, including such rare as pachydermoperiostosis.
